We are excited to announce the latest update to the Handbid Manager, introducing a range of new features and enhancements to improve your auction management experience. This release focuses on enhancing visual appeal, providing users with more flexibility in managing addresses, empowering auction managers with customization options, and introducing new insightful reports.
Visual Appeal and Branding Updates
Now, the “inside” matches the outside. The Handbid manager site has been fully updated with the new Handbid look and feel.
Multiple Addresses
Now, your guests and bidders can enjoy the convenience of having multiple addresses, including Work, Home, and Billing addresses. Designate one of these addresses as the Primary address, which will also be used as the default Shipping address for items that may need to be shipped at the conclusion of your auction. The Primary address will also be saved to the organization contacts. Easily manage bidder addresses through the newly added "Addresses" tab. Both the event site and the apps have been updated to allow users to effortlessly add and manage multiple addresses in their profile.
Customize Buttons and Colors
With this update, auction managers gain more control over their auction site's appearance. The "Digital Seen Theme Editor" feature allows you to brand the button labels in the app for the Donate and For Sale buttons.
Additionally, you can personalize the category label color in the app. For example, if you have a darker background image, you can adjust the category label color to a lighter color to be more readable in the app.
Button label colors can also be changed according to your brand guidelines. Please note, this will change the label not the button. To change the button color in the app, change the “secondary color” in Digital Seen.
Furthermore, to create cohesiveness and to simplify, the Primary Color you select will be applied to various buttons, including Success, Register Now, Buy Now, Donate Now (event site only), Add To Cart (event site only), Broadcast, and Purchased buttons.
Introducing New Reports
We understand the importance of data insights for your auction's success. That's why we've added two new informative reports:
Item Favorites Report: Access valuable data on which items are receiving the most attention and favoriting from your bidders. Find the most popular items at a glance and use this information to optimize your auction strategy.
Polling Summary Report: Curate a better auction experience by understanding how your polling questions perform. This report summarizes the polling responses, giving you actionable insights into your audience's preferences and interests.
As always, we continue to work to provide you with a seamless and exceptional auction management platform. We hope you enjoy these new features and improvements, and that they help you elevate your fundraising efforts.
Thank you for choosing Handbid. Happy fundraising!

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
- Numbered list
- Numbered list 2
- Numbered list 3
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
